TurnoProof is a mobile + web app for property managers who lose money and time during unit turns because vendors say work is done, but it isn’t—or it’s done poorly. The app creates a turn “checklist with proof” for cleaners, painters, and maintenance techs: each task requires timestamped, geotagged photos and short notes before it can be marked complete. Managers get an auto-generated turn report (before/after photos, materials used, exceptions) they can share with owners, keep for disputes, and use to approve payment. An AI layer flags missing angles (e.g., no photo of inside oven), detects obvious issues (trash left, stains, damaged fixtures), and highlights inconsistencies versus prior turns. This won’t replace full property management suites; it plugs into them and focuses on the most failure-prone moment: turnover execution.
