TurnoProof is a mobile + web app for multi-family unit turnovers that creates a defensible, timestamped record of condition, work completed, and vendor accountability. Staff or vendors walk a guided checklist (make-ready, cleaning, paint, appliances, safety items) and capture required photos/videos at each step. The app auto-generates a turnover packet (before/after, notes, materials, dates, who did what) that can be shared with owners, regional managers, or residents disputing charges. It also includes simple scheduling, task assignment, and a “ready for move-in” sign-off workflow. This is a traditional app with light AI: AI suggests missing photos, flags inconsistencies (e.g., “stove photo missing”), and summarizes notes into a clean report. It’s not glamorous, but it targets the messy, expensive gap between maintenance, vendors, and leasing.
