TurnoProof is a mobile + web app for short-term rental operators to prevent and resolve cleaning and damage disputes using time-stamped, room-by-room photo checklists. Cleaners follow a guided workflow (kitchen, bathrooms, linens, amenities) and must capture required angles before marking a task complete. The system auto-flags missing evidence, inconsistent results, and repeat issues at the same property. Managers get a simple “turnover packet” they can share with owners, guests (when needed), or platforms for claims. This is not a full property management system; it’s a narrow layer that plugs into existing tools and focuses on accountability and faster resolution. It will feel strict—because that’s the point. If your cleaners won’t comply, the app won’t magically fix your operation, but it will quickly reveal who’s reliable and where standards break down.
