TurnOps

TurnOps is a web + mobile app for venue operations teams to run event-day changeovers (basketball to concert, hockey to family show) with a single source of truth. It replaces scattered radios, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge with role-based checklists, timed task dependencies, and live status boards. Supervisors can assign tasks to crews, track completion, log issues with photos, and capture actual vs planned turnaround times. The AI layer turns post-event notes into updated SOPs, flags recurring bottlenecks (e.g., dock congestion, rigging delays), and suggests staffing levels based on historical turn data. Integrations focus on what ops actually uses: work orders, incident logs, and staffing schedules. This is not a “fan experience” app; it’s a gritty ops tool designed for concrete floors, loud environments, and constant last-minute changes.
