TurnoverKit is a mobile + web app for small landlords and property managers to run apartment turnovers like a process, not a scramble. It provides a step-by-step workflow from notice-to-vacate through inspection, cleaning, repairs, photos, and listing publish. The app generates task lists by unit type, tracks vendor scheduling, and logs before/after photos with timestamps to reduce disputes and missed items. A lightweight AI layer can auto-create a scope-of-work from inspection notes and photos, suggest typical repair line items, and draft vendor messages and tenant move-out instructions. It also tracks key metrics like days vacant, cost per turnover, and recurring issues by unit. This is not glamorous, but it targets the most expensive part of renting: empty units and chaotic coordination.
