TurnoverKit is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) built specifically for the most chaotic part of landlording: unit turnover. It turns your turnover into a templated, time-boxed workflow with vendor scheduling, photo proof, and a simple “ready-to-rent” score. Landlords and property managers create a standard checklist (cleaning, paint, repairs, safety checks, utilities, lock changes), assign tasks to vendors or in-house staff, and track completion with timestamped photos and notes. The AI component reads incoming photos/notes and flags missing steps (e.g., smoke detector not installed, outlet cover missing) and generates a punch list for final walk-through. It also estimates realistic completion dates based on vendor responsiveness and past turnarounds. This is not a full property management suite; it’s a focused tool that plugs into existing systems via calendar and email, avoiding the “replace everything” sales friction.
