Turnoverly

Turnoverly is a mobile + web app for short-term rental hosts and co-hosts to manage cleaning and turnover quality with proof, not trust. It auto-creates turnover tasks from booking calendars, assigns cleaners, and enforces a photo checklist (with timestamps and room-by-room requirements) before a unit can be marked “ready.” If something is missing, the app flags it immediately and escalates to the host with a clear, fixable issue list. It also tracks cleaner reliability (on-time rate, rework rate) and helps hosts build a preferred roster. This is not another property management system; it’s a focused operational layer that integrates with existing tools. The goal is fewer bad reviews, fewer refunds, and less time spent texting cleaners and guessing whether a property is truly guest-ready.
