It integrates with low-cost people-counting sensors (or existing access control/turnstiles where available) to confirm when a court/field is truly in use, automatically releasing no-show reservations after a grace period and notifying waitlisted players. Staff get a live “what’s actually happening” dashboard: occupied vs. booked, overruns, and upcoming changeovers. Customers book normally, but receive nudges to check in, extend time (if available), or move to an alternative slot. The system also flags chronic abusers and supports simple deposits/holds to reduce flaky bookings. This is not a magic AI product—AI is used lightly for demand forecasting and staffing suggestions, while the core value is verified utilization and automated enforcement.
