TurnstileIQ

TurnstileIQ is a web + mobile ops app for stadiums and arenas to reduce entry bottlenecks by predicting gate congestion and recommending staffing and lane changes in real time. It ingests turnstile counts, ticket-scan events, and security checkpoint throughput to forecast the next 15–45 minutes of queue buildup per gate. Supervisors get simple actions: open Gate C auxiliary lanes, move 2 staff from Gate A to Gate D, switch to express lanes for mobile tickets, or pause bag-check at low-risk gates when permitted. The app also logs what was done and measures impact (wait time reduction, scans/minute, incident flags). This is not a fan app; it’s an operations tool that pays for itself if it saves overtime, reduces missed kickoffs, and improves guest satisfaction scores. Expect long sales cycles and integration headaches, but the value is tangible.
