TurnTally

TurnTally is a mobile + web AI app that helps competitive swimmers and coaches measure what actually wins races: turns, breakouts, and underwater distance. You record a short clip from the stands or pool deck, mark the wall touch and first stroke, and the app auto-extracts turn time, breakout time, underwater distance, and stroke count to 15m. It then tracks trends across practices and meets, flags regressions (e.g., slower push-offs when fatigued), and generates a simple “one thing to fix” cue for the next session. This is not a full technique coach; it’s a focused analytics tool for the most measurable segment of a race. The MVP should work with imperfect angles and typical phone video, but it will be limited in crowded lanes and bad lighting—users will need to accept occasional manual correction.
