TurtlePatrol

TurtlePatrol is a mobile + web app that helps coastal communities and conservation groups detect and protect sea turtle nests faster. Users (tourists, locals, volunteers) can submit a geotagged report with photos, sand-track guidance prompts, and a quick checklist. An AI model flags likely false reports (random holes, crab tracks) and routes high-confidence sightings to the right local organization based on location and season. Verified nests get a simple status timeline (reported, verified, protected, hatched) so contributors see impact and orgs reduce duplicate calls. The product is realistic because it focuses on operational workflow: intake, triage, and handoff—not “saving turtles” via vague education. Monetization is B2B: conservation NGOs, municipalities, and eco-tour operators pay for dashboards, routing rules, volunteer management, and exportable reports for grants/compliance.
