TutorOps is a web + mobile app for independent tutors and small tutoring centers to manage the unglamorous, revenue-critical work: scheduling, cancellations, payments, session notes, and parent/student updates. Instead of being another marketplace, it’s an operations layer that reduces no-shows and admin time while making sessions more consistent. Tutors can create reusable lesson templates, log what was covered in 30 seconds, and automatically send concise summaries and homework to students/parents. A light AI assistant can turn messy notes into structured progress reports and recommend next-session objectives based on prior coverage (optional, not the core). The product is realistic because it targets a clear buyer (the tutor) with a measurable ROI: fewer missed sessions, faster invoicing, and less back-and-forth messaging. It integrates with existing tools rather than trying to replace them all.
