TutorPulse is a mobile + web AI-assisted tutoring companion that focuses on measurable progress, not endless sessions. Parents and tutors set a goal (e.g., “raise reading level by 1 grade” or “master fractions”), then the app runs short 5–10 minute check-ins between sessions: mini quizzes, oral reading clips, and error-pattern tracking. It produces a simple weekly “progress receipt” showing what improved, what regressed, and what to practice next. Tutors get a lightweight dashboard to assign micro-homework, see misconceptions, and generate session plans. The AI is used narrowly: to analyze mistakes, transcribe/score reading fluency, and suggest targeted practice—not to replace the tutor. This avoids the common failure of generic AI tutors that hallucinate, distract kids, or create trust issues. The value is accountability and continuity between paid sessions.
