TuxTrial

TuxTrial is a mobile + web app that lets people order a “fit trial box” of formalwear essentials (jacket, pants, shirt, shoes optional) in two nearby sizes, wear-test at home for 24 hours, then keep what fits and return the rest with a prepaid label. The app focuses on reducing the biggest formalwear failure: showing up in something that doesn’t fit or feels wrong. Users answer a short sizing quiz, optionally upload two photos for a quick AI fit check, and pick an event date so shipping is timed with buffer days. It also includes a simple “event uniform” builder (black-tie, cocktail, wedding guest) and a one-tap reorder for groomsmen or repeat events. Monetization is via trial fee credited toward purchase/rental, plus partner revenue from brands and local tailors for last-mile adjustments.
