TweenTuner

TweenTuner is a desktop app (with optional plugin builds) that helps 2D animators fix and standardize in-between drawings without turning their work into generic AI mush. You import rough keys and messy in-betweens (scanned or digital), and the app focuses on three practical problems: line wobble consistency, volume preservation (hands/heads drifting), and spacing smoothness across frames. It provides frame-to-frame onion-skin comparisons, automatic detection of off-model shapes, and a “guided correction” mode that suggests minimal edits (not full redraws) with a slider for how aggressive the cleanup is. It exports layered PNGs/PSD and supports common pipelines. This is a combination app: traditional animation tooling plus AI-assisted analysis and correction, designed to save time on the least-loved part of 2D production while keeping the animator in control.
