TwinGuard

TwinGuard is a web-based digital twin platform for mission-critical infrastructure—power plants, factories, and data centers. It ingests live telemetry (SCADA/PLC historians, IoT sensors, BMS/DCIM feeds) and builds an operational model that simulates equipment behavior under varying loads, ambient conditions, and maintenance states. Operators can run “what-if” scenarios (e.g., chiller failure, transformer overheating, pump cavitation) to forecast cascading impacts, estimate time-to-failure, and quantify production or uptime loss. The system surfaces prioritized risk alerts, recommended interventions, and optimized setpoints to improve throughput and reliability. For regulated environments, TwinGuard provides audit trails, change management, and role-based access. Deployment supports on-prem or private cloud, with an offline-capable edge component for low-latency inference and resilience during network disruptions.
