TwinPulse

TwinPulse is a web app (with an optional on-prem edge agent) that creates a lightweight digital twin of a single production line or machine cell using existing PLC/SCADA tags and a simple 2D/3D layout. It focuses on one job: real-time visibility plus anomaly detection and downtime root-cause hints without a massive “platform” rollout. Users map tags to assets via templates, see live state, OEE-style KPIs, and get alerts when behavior deviates from baseline. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for deterministic telemetry, asset modeling, and dashboards; AI for learning normal operating patterns, flagging drift, and summarizing incidents into plain-language reports for maintenance. The product is intentionally narrow: start with one line, prove value in weeks, then replicate across similar lines. It avoids expensive custom modeling by using reusable machine-type blueprints and quick connectors.
