TwinTriage is a web + desktop app (with an optional mobile companion) that turns messy industrial sensor streams into a lightweight digital twin focused on one thing: diagnosing and preventing equipment failures. Instead of promising a full-fidelity plant twin (expensive, slow, and often abandoned), it builds “good-enough” asset twins for critical machines—pumps, compressors, HVAC, conveyors—using time-series data, maintenance logs, and simple physics constraints. The app highlights anomalies, ranks likely root causes, and recommends next checks (e.g., vibration spectrum, bearing temp, valve position) with confidence scores and evidence trails. It integrates with common historians/CMMS systems, supports rapid onboarding via templates, and produces audit-ready reports for reliability teams. The goal is faster troubleshooting and fewer unplanned stops, not flashy 3D visuals.
