TwinWatch is a web + desktop app that turns existing industrial sensor streams into a lightweight “operational digital twin” focused on one thing: catching abnormal behavior early and explaining it clearly. It connects to common historians/IoT sources, learns a baseline per asset (pump, compressor, HVAC unit), and continuously scores deviation across vibration, temperature, pressure, power draw, and throughput. Instead of pretending to be a full physics twin, it provides a pragmatic twin model: state estimation, anomaly detection, and a simple what-changed timeline tied to maintenance events. It generates plain-English incident summaries, recommended checks, and a confidence score, plus a replay mode to compare today vs. last healthy week. The product is designed for small-to-mid industrial operators who can’t afford Siemens/GE-style platforms or long integration projects but still need fewer unplanned stops.
