TwoForks

TwoForks is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps people cook for one or two without ending up with half-used ingredients and repetitive leftovers. You enter what you bought (or snap a receipt), choose your household size, and the app generates a 3–5 day “micro-plan” of recipes that intentionally share ingredients across meals. It focuses on realistic portions, short cook times, and supermarket-available items—not aspirational pantry lists. It also gives a “use-it-next” queue for ingredients that will expire soon and suggests quick, low-effort ways to finish them (e.g., sauces, bowls, omelets). This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for inventory, planning, and shopping lists; AI for flexible recipe scaling, substitutions, and turning random ingredients into coherent meals. Monetization: freemium with a $4–$7/month plan for receipt scanning, unlimited plans, and dietary filters.
