UATBeacon

UATBeacon is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that turns messy user acceptance feedback into actionable, testable items without forcing business users to learn QA tools. Stakeholders submit feedback via a simple link, email reply, or mobile screen recording. The system auto-structures each submission into: expected vs actual, environment, steps, severity, and acceptance criteria, then routes it to the right owner (product, QA, engineering) with due dates. It also generates a lightweight UAT checklist per release and tracks completion by role, not by ticket count. The AI component suggests clarifying questions when feedback is vague and detects duplicates across submissions. Integrations focus on pushing clean outputs into Jira/Azure DevOps/Linear, rather than replacing them. The goal is fewer meetings, fewer “can you reproduce?” loops, and faster sign-off with auditable evidence.
