UATReplay

UATReplay is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop recorder) that turns messy user acceptance testing into auditable, replayable evidence. Testers and business users record a short session while they complete a scenario; the app automatically captures clicks, key UI events, screenshots, console/network errors, and environment metadata (build, feature flags, browser, locale). Each recording becomes a “UAT proof packet” tied to a requirement and release, with a simple pass/fail decision and comments. An AI assistant summarizes what happened, extracts steps, flags likely defects, and suggests missing coverage based on the requirement text. The goal isn’t to replace QA tools—it’s to make UAT sign-off defensible, faster, and less dependent on vague screenshots and long email threads. Integrations push findings to Jira/Azure DevOps and attach the replay link to tickets and release notes.
