UDITrace

UDITrace is a web + mobile app for hospitals and clinics to track implanted and high-risk medical devices end-to-end using UDI (Unique Device Identification). It links device scans at receiving, stocking, procedure, and patient assignment so teams can instantly answer: “Which patients received this lot/serial?” When a recall or safety notice hits, UDITrace generates a patient impact list, notifies responsible clinicians, and produces audit-ready documentation. It integrates with EHR/ERP via HL7/FHIR and supports barcode scanning workflows on iOS/Android. This is not a consumer app; it’s operational software that reduces recall response time, missed notifications, and compliance exposure. Realistically, selling requires long hospital sales cycles and integration work, but the value is concrete: fewer manual spreadsheets, fewer errors, and faster, defensible recall actions.
