UmpireKit
UmpireKit is a mobile + web app that helps amateur and semi-pro cricket matches run smoothly by standardizing scoring, overs, and on-field decisions in one shared “source of truth.” One scorer (or umpire) runs the match, while captains and spectators follow live on their phones via a simple link—no installs required for viewers. The app focuses on the real pain point: arguments and confusion around totals, wickets, overs remaining, and who’s on strike. It includes a lightweight decision log (wides/no-balls/byes/leg-byes, retirements, penalties) and a clear audit trail so teams can’t rewrite history mid-innings. This is not trying to be a pro broadcast tool; it’s built for parks, schools, clubs, and leagues that need clarity, speed, and fairness without expensive hardware.
