UncertiMap

UncertiMap is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps teams and individuals make decisions when probabilities, outcomes, and assumptions are fuzzy. Users define a decision, list options, then capture key uncertainties as ranges (not fake-precise numbers), along with evidence quality and confidence. The app runs simple scenario simulations (Monte Carlo) and produces an “uncertainty budget” showing which assumptions drive the decision most, plus a ranked list of the cheapest experiments to reduce uncertainty (customer calls, small A/B tests, prototype quotes, etc.). It also logs decision rationale and creates a decision review reminder (e.g., 30/60/90 days) to compare expected vs actual outcomes. This is an AI + traditional app: AI assists in turning messy notes into structured assumptions and suggests experiments, but the math and audit trail stay transparent and user-controlled.
