UniChamber
UniChamber is a web app (with an optional mobile companion) for countries and subnational regions with unicameral legislatures. It centralizes bill lifecycles—drafts, committee stages (if applicable), amendments, floor debates, votes, and final enactment—into a single, searchable timeline. The AI layer summarizes long documents, flags substantive changes between versions, and generates plain-language briefs for non-lawyers. The realistic value is operational: staff and journalists waste hours stitching together updates from PDFs, scattered portals, and press releases. UniChamber focuses on ingestion from official sources, clean metadata, and reliable alerts rather than flashy “predictive politics.” It sells as a subscription to caucuses, legislative offices, newsrooms, and NGOs, with public-facing pages optional. Expect heavy upfront work on data pipelines and jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction quirks; the product only works if it’s consistently accurate and fast.
