UnionPulse

UnionPulse is a mobile + web app that helps union locals and shop stewards measure member sentiment, surface workplace issues early, and document patterns that strengthen bargaining positions. It replaces messy group chats and ad-hoc surveys with structured, anonymous check-ins (e.g., safety, staffing, scheduling, harassment, overtime) and a simple “issue intake” flow that captures time, location, department, and optional evidence. A dashboard shows trends by site and job classification, highlighting hotspots and recurring contract violations. The app generates exportable reports for grievance preparation and bargaining committees, while keeping identities protected through configurable anonymity and role-based access. This is a traditional app with light AI: AI helps cluster similar complaints, summarize themes, and draft neutral, legally cautious issue briefs. The goal is not to ‘win negotiations with AI’—it’s to give unions reliable, defensible data without creating privacy or retaliation risks.
