UnionPulse
UnionPulse is a mobile + web app that lets workers anonymously report labor-rights issues (missed breaks, unpaid overtime, unsafe conditions, retaliation) and see aggregated “heatmaps” by employer location and role—without exposing individuals. The core is a privacy-first reporting flow that strips identifiers, delays posting to prevent timing-based doxxing, and only publishes insights once enough similar reports exist (k-anonymity thresholds). Workers can upload evidence (photos, schedules, pay stubs) into an encrypted vault for their own use, and optionally generate a structured incident timeline export for a lawyer, union organizer, or labor agency. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps categorize reports, detect duplicate patterns, and summarize timelines, but the product avoids pretending it can provide legal advice. Realistically, adoption will be hardest where fear is highest, so the app focuses on trust, safety, and clear value: “I can document issues and see if it’s just me.”
