UnitProof is a mobile + web app that helps self-storage customers and facility managers create a time-stamped, photo-verified inventory of what goes into a storage unit. Users scan a QR code on the unit door, then capture guided photos/videos of items as they’re placed inside; the app auto-generates an item list, condition notes, and a shareable “proof packet” for insurance claims, disputes, or move-outs. It’s not a magic organizer—its core value is defensible documentation. Facilities can offer it as an add-on at checkout to reduce conflict, speed up auctions/abandonment documentation, and increase customer trust. The MVP focuses on fast capture, secure storage, and simple sharing. Monetization: B2B2C—facilities pay per active unit/month or per proof packet; consumers can buy a one-time pack for a single move-in.
