Tenants submit issues through a simple link (no login), and the app auto-categorizes, de-duplicates, and flags patterns like “3 leaks in Stack B” or “repeated HVAC failures in units 2A/3A.” It also tracks response times, vendor performance, and creates a lightweight compliance log (photos, timestamps, communications) useful for disputes and inspections. This is not a full property management system; it’s a focused maintenance intelligence layer that plugs into what landlords already use via email forwarding and basic integrations. The goal is fewer emergencies, fewer angry tenants, and fewer costly repeat repairs by turning messy maintenance tickets into actionable building-level insights.
