UnitReady

UnitReady is a mobile + web app for affordable-housing operators to manage “unit turns” (move-out to move-in) with fewer delays. It centralizes inspections, work orders, vendor scheduling, and compliance documentation so units get back online faster—without losing paperwork or failing audits. Staff capture photos, notes, and required forms in the field, while supervisors see a real-time readiness score per unit (cleaning, repairs, safety checks, lead-based paint steps, smoke/CO, etc.). The app also tracks common bottlenecks (parts delays, vendor no-shows, re-inspection loops) and produces a simple dashboard showing average turn time by property, unit type, and contractor. This is not glamorous; it’s operational plumbing. But shaving even 3–7 days off vacancy per unit can materially improve NOI and reduce resident wait times, especially for smaller portfolios that still run turns via spreadsheets and texts.
