UnitTurner

UnitTurner is a web + mobile app that coordinates condo/townhome move-ins, move-outs, and unit turns without the usual chaos. Residents request elevator reservations, loading dock access, and move windows; management approves with rules baked in (hours, holidays, insurance requirements). Vendors (movers, cleaners, painters) get a simple checklist, access instructions, and photo-based completion proof. The app produces a building-ready “turn packet” with timestamps, damage photos, and notes that reduce disputes and speed deposit decisions. It also sends automated reminders for COIs, key/fob pickup, parking permits, and trash/recycling rules. This is a traditional app with light AI: it auto-extracts key fields from COIs and invoices, flags missing items, and summarizes incident reports. It’s not glamorous, but it saves real staff time and reduces resident complaints.
