UnknownRadar

UnknownRadar is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps teams detect “unknown unknowns” by continuously scanning weak signals across internal and external sources. It ingests incident tickets, customer complaints, changelogs, vendor status pages, security advisories, news, and regulatory updates, then clusters them into emerging themes and “risk narratives” before they become obvious. Instead of pretending to predict black swans, it focuses on early ambiguity: unusual co-occurrences, accelerating mentions, and dependencies you forgot you had. Each narrative includes confidence levels, what evidence is missing, and a short list of cheap probes (questions to ask, logs to pull, tests to run) to reduce uncertainty fast. The product is realistic about limits: it will not guarantee prevention, but it can shorten time-to-awareness and make risk sensing a repeatable habit.
