UsageProof

UsageProof is a web app (with a companion mobile capture app) that helps rights holders and sponsors verify whether contracted assets were actually delivered: LED boards, social posts, jersey patches, in-venue signage, hospitality, and broadcast mentions. Teams upload contracts and asset schedules, then staff capture time-stamped photo/video evidence on-site. The system auto-tags events, locations, and asset types, and generates a delivery dossier per sponsor with a clear audit trail. It also supports sponsor self-service: sponsors can log in to see what ran, when, and where, reducing back-and-forth emails and end-of-season reconciliation chaos. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for logo/asset recognition and to match evidence to contract obligations, but the core value is workflow, proof, and reporting. Realistically, it wins by being boring, reliable, and defensible in disputes.
