UtiliTrack
UtiliTrack helps underemployed workers document and quantify underutilization at work so they can negotiate better pay, expanded scope, or make a clean exit. Users log tasks, time, and impact, then the app converts it into a weekly “utilization and value” report: what you were hired for vs what you actually do, measurable outputs, and market-rate comparisons. It also flags patterns that signal a dead-end role (repeated low-skill assignments, stalled responsibilities, no growth projects) and suggests realistic next moves: internal transfer targets, resume bullet rewrites, and a short negotiation script based on your evidence. This isn’t a magic job-finder—it's a documentation and leverage tool. The goal is to reduce vague frustration and replace it with a credible paper trail you can use with managers, HR, or recruiters without sounding emotional or entitled.
