UTMJanitor

UTMJanitor is a web app (with a lightweight Chrome extension) that audits and enforces campaign tracking hygiene across links, ads, emails, and landing pages. It scans your outbound URLs from sources like Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and your website sitemap, then flags missing/invalid UTMs, inconsistent naming (e.g., “fb” vs “facebook”), redirects that strip parameters, and duplicate campaign keys that ruin attribution. It provides a rules-based naming dictionary, auto-suggests compliant UTMs, and generates “approved” tracking links with one-click copy. It also monitors new links weekly and alerts when someone ships a noncompliant URL. This is a traditional app with AI assist: AI helps normalize messy naming and suggest standardized values, but the core value is deterministic validation and enforcement. The goal is boring reliability: cleaner data, fewer attribution disputes, and faster reporting.
