UXReceipt
UXReceipt is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop recorder) that converts real user sessions into a clear, ranked list of UX issues tied to business impact. Connect your product analytics and session replay, then define key flows (signup, checkout, onboarding). The app detects friction patterns (rage clicks, dead ends, repeated backtracks, long hesitations), clusters them into “issue receipts,” and links each cluster to the screens/components involved. It estimates severity using frequency, drop-off correlation, and device/browser segments, then generates reproducible steps and suggested UI copy/interaction fixes. Unlike generic dashboards, it focuses on actionable triage: what to fix next, why it matters, and how to validate the improvement with an A/B or before/after metric. It won’t replace a UX researcher, but it can drastically cut the time from “we have data” to “we shipped the right fix.”
