VADocChase is a web + mobile app that helps veterans and accredited reps manage the most failure-prone part of claims: getting the right records, on time, in the right format. It provides a guided checklist for common claim types, generates FOIA/records request packets, and tracks every request with deadlines, follow-ups, and proof of submission. Users can scan and normalize documents, detect missing pages, and flag inconsistencies (dates, diagnoses, service periods) before submission. The app also creates a clean “evidence index” that mirrors how reviewers and VSOs prefer to see files, reducing back-and-forth. This is not a magic claim-winner—VA timelines are still slow—but it can cut preventable delays caused by missing or disorganized evidence. Monetization is realistic via subscriptions for attorneys/VSOs and a low-cost veteran tier.
