ValetGuard

ValetGuard is a mobile app (iOS/Android) plus a lightweight web dashboard that verifies what happens to your luxury sedan or SUV when you hand over the keys—valet, service center, detailer, or hotel. It connects via OEM APIs where available (or an optional plug-in OBD-II/LTE dongle for broader coverage) to log trip routes, max speed, hard braking, geofenced boundaries, and idle time. You get an automatic “custody report” after each handoff, with a simple score and timeline you can share with the business if something looks off. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes driving anomalies into plain language, flags likely joyrides vs. normal repositioning, and helps you dispute damage claims with time-stamped evidence. It’s not magic—if a vehicle brand blocks data access, coverage is limited unless you use the dongle.
