ValueLedger is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that turns company values into trackable, lightweight behaviors. Teams define 5–8 “value signals” (e.g., customer follow-up within 24h, blameless postmortems, cross-team reviews) and the app passively logs evidence from existing tools (tickets, docs, chat, calendars) plus quick weekly check-ins. It produces a simple Culture Scorecard by team, highlights drift (values said vs. values lived), and surfaces concrete examples leaders can share in all-hands. It also flags “culture debt” patterns like meeting overload, decision bottlenecks, and recognition imbalance. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes evidence into short, human-readable narratives and detects trends, but humans still set the signals and interpret outcomes. It’s not therapy, not a survey spam machine, and it won’t magically fix bad leadership—just makes culture measurable enough to manage.
