The app turns this into a personal values map, highlights contradictions (what you say matters vs. what you do), and suggests tiny experiments to test identity claims (e.g., “If you’re a creator, publish one imperfect thing today”). It also includes a private “identity ledger” that tracks commitments kept, boundaries set, and situations that reliably derail you. The tone is blunt: it shows patterns and avoids feel-good summaries. Exportable reports help users discuss identity shifts with a therapist/coach or for personal reflection. Privacy is central: local-first journaling with optional encrypted sync.
