ValueProof is a web + mobile app that helps appraisers and lenders assemble, verify, and package appraisal support files into an audit-ready “evidence binder.” Instead of hunting through emails, MLS exports, photos, and handwritten notes, users capture comps, adjustments rationale, photos, and key assumptions in a structured checklist tied to each report section. The app flags missing documentation, inconsistent dates, and weak support (e.g., adjustments without market data) before the report is delivered. It also generates a clean, lender-friendly PDF/ZIP package with a standardized index so underwriters can review faster and ask fewer follow-ups. This is not a magic “AI writes your appraisal” tool; it’s a workflow and compliance product that reduces rework, protects against repurchase risk, and saves time on every file. It integrates with common storage and lets teams collaborate without version chaos.
