ValuScope

ValuScope is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps founders and early-stage CFOs build a credible valuation narrative for seed to Series A pitches using structured comparable-company and comparable-deal evidence. Users upload a draft deck or memo, select their sector and geography, and the app guides them through a repeatable workflow: define the business model, pick peer sets, choose valuation methods (revenue multiples, growth-adjusted multiples, rule-of-40 style heuristics), and generate an investor-ready valuation appendix. It pulls public-market comps, curated private-market benchmarks, and user-supplied deal notes into a single “evidence room” with citations and assumptions clearly logged. The output is a clean PDF/Google Slides appendix plus a shareable link for advisors. It’s an AI-assisted app, but the core value is the workflow, audit trail, and defensibility—not magical numbers.
