ValveProof

ValveProof is a web + mobile app for nuclear plants to standardize and verify valve lineups and component manipulations during operations, testing, and maintenance. It replaces fragile paper sign-offs and scattered spreadsheets with a controlled workflow: step-by-step lineup procedures, two-person verification, time-stamped evidence, and automatic traceability to equipment IDs and work orders. The app supports offline mode in radiologically controlled areas, then syncs when connectivity returns. It generates audit-ready reports for QA, Ops, and regulators without weeks of manual compilation. This is a traditional app with selective AI: AI is used to flag anomalies (e.g., unexpected sequence changes, repeated reversals, missing independent verification) and to auto-summarize lineup history for post-job reviews. Realistically, sales cycles are slow and security reviews are painful, but the value is clear: fewer lineup errors, faster closeout, and cleaner compliance documentation.
