It centralizes maintenance schedules, inspections, mileage, tire/brake intervals, and repair history per vehicle, then turns that into simple “do this next” tasks for drivers and managers. Drivers complete quick pre/post-trip checklists with photo proof, and the app flags repeat issues (e.g., recurring battery drain) so you stop paying for the same fix twice. It also tracks warranty windows, recalls, and service-provider notes so you’re not hunting through texts and invoices. This is not a fancy enterprise fleet platform; it’s a focused tool for 5–100 vans that want fewer missed jobs, fewer roadside calls, and cleaner records for resale or audits.
