VATChase is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that continuously scans your sales invoices, credit notes, and product tax codes to detect VAT mistakes before they become expensive. It connects to common accounting platforms and e-commerce systems, then runs rules plus AI-assisted anomaly detection to flag issues like wrong VAT rate, incorrect place-of-supply, missing VAT IDs, inconsistent exemptions, and suspicious rounding or discount behavior. It generates a clear “fix list” with evidence, suggested corrections, and an exportable audit trail for your accountant. It also tracks VAT liability drift week-to-week so finance teams can spot problems early, not at quarter-end. This is not a full VAT filing tool; it’s a pre-audit and error-prevention layer that reduces penalties, rework, and embarrassing customer invoice corrections.
