VaultGiver is a mobile + web app for sending high-end gifts and experiences with concierge-level reliability, without the back-and-forth that usually ruins surprise gifting. The core is a “recipient vault”: the recipient privately sets sizes, allergies, preferred brands, blackout dates, and shipping constraints, while the giver only sees curated, safe-to-buy options and budget ranges. For experiences, VaultGiver handles availability checks, date holds, and instant fallback options if a booking fails. For physical gifts, it verifies authenticity via vetted merchants, manages white-glove delivery windows, and includes discreet returns/exchanges without the giver getting dragged into logistics. It’s not trying to be a generic marketplace; it’s a coordination and risk-reduction layer that sits on top of existing luxury providers. Revenue comes from concierge subscriptions and partner commissions where allowed.
