VaultKey is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) for high-net-worth property owners and their representatives to run multi-home operations without chaos. It centralizes vendor contracts, warranties, insurance, HOA rules, access codes, staff schedules, and recurring maintenance into one permissioned “property vault” per home. The AI layer reads invoices, contracts, and inspection reports to auto-tag documents, extract renewal dates, flag unusual charges, and generate owner-ready summaries that don’t leak sensitive details. A concierge-style workflow routes approvals to the right person (owner, family office, estate manager) with audit trails and spend limits. It also supports “seasonal readiness” checklists (opening/closing homes) and incident logs (water leaks, security events) with photo evidence. This is not a marketplace; it’s an operational system of record designed for privacy, delegation, and high accountability across multiple properties.
