VaultLabel is a mobile + web app for high-end collectors to generate, manage, and share “sale-ready” item dossiers (watches, handbags, jewelry, art objects). Instead of vague notes and scattered receipts, each item gets a structured record: purchase details, service history, condition checks, photos, and document scans. The app produces a clean, buyer-facing share link that hides sensitive data (exact address, full invoice) while proving legitimacy and care. It also tracks maintenance schedules (e.g., watch servicing, leather conditioning) and logs custody changes when items move between home, vault storage, and dealers. This is not magic authentication; it’s pragmatic documentation that reduces friction and distrust in private sales. The business model is subscription (collector tiers) plus optional paid “verification review” by partner dealers/experts.
