VaultLend is a mobile + web app that helps high-net-worth collectors unlock liquidity using their art, watches, wine, and rare collectibles as collateral—without the usual opaque, slow, relationship-driven process. Users create a verified asset profile (photos, invoices, appraisals, storage details), then receive lender interest indications and term sheets from partnered specialty lenders. The app standardizes documentation, tracks chain-of-custody, and coordinates third-party valuation and insured shipping/storage where needed. It also provides a realistic “lendability score” based on category liquidity, price volatility, and documentation completeness. This is not a magic ‘instant loan’ product—most deals still take days to weeks—but it removes friction, reduces back-and-forth, and makes offers comparable. Revenue comes from referral fees, premium verification, and concierge services.
